Here we sit, on the ground loaded with troops, and who are we waiting for? The Apaches. Again. The Blackhawk is an easy one: Replace all of them with Chinooks and we could do 4 times the amount of work. Another trip west provided plenty more pictures today. There wasn't nearly as much haze as there has been in recent days so the pics were quite a bit more clear and crisp. I'm hoping the cooler fall weather will bring a lot more clear days! I like this area with the water... the contrast between desert and farmland is pretty amazing!
