This stuff turned out to be pretty good. Of the three local beers, Singha, Chang, and Leo, this was my favorite!

I was walking down a small alley when I passed this room... the gate was closed, but I asked if I could take a photo while they worked. I'm not sure what their answer was, so I went for it.

This spectacular woman was featured on the Netflix show 'Street Food'. She's a Michelin Star chef and incredibly popular. They said the wait was going to be 2 hours and reservations are booked 3-months out! I decided I didn't need to wait alone for that long so I grabbed a few photos and was on my way...
